Review the interest rate you’d be getting. Find out how much you can afford for the monthly payment and how long you’re required to pay it.

Mold
Even when you don’t observe visible damages on floors or ceilings, a moldy interior signifies major water problems. Scrutinize cabinets, ceiling and bathroom corners to make sure there aren’t any mold spots. Jump up and down on floors near the kitchen and bathroom to see how sturdy they are. If they don’t feel strong enough, these could be signs of a more complicated problem.
Rust
If the floor needs to be sturdy, so does the exterior walls. There should be no signs of corrosion or rust.
Tires
The rule of thumb is to change the set of tires every 5 years. The DOT label which can be found on the sidewall includes a four-digit code. The first two digits represent the week while the last two indicate the year the tires were made.
History
Search the Vehicle Information Number (VIN) to review the RV’s history. The report can tell you if the RV incurred damages in the past, if it was rebuilt or stolen, and can advise you of any recalls.
Motorhomes or Towables
Next is to identify what type of RV you need based on your budget. If you prefer the latter, you would also have to consider getting a truck or SUV. If you already have a vehicle to pull the weight, then all you need is to get used to the idea of towing while driving. Assess the size of the trailer, functionality and features and see if they’re comfortable and would fit your needs. Do your research.
